Default exhaust header install question

I'm putting things back together and am wondering if there is anything special that should be done to the exhaust header studs on install, for example anti-sieze or locktite? do they get torqued somehow or is it mainly as tight as i can get it without tools then torque the bolt holding the header in place?

every bolt gets torqued down per the service manual but you may be able to get away with tightining everything down good and snug with some locktite

i recenlty put my micron serpant exhaust on and could barely fit the flanges over the exhaust studs. I had to drill the holes out a little bit to get them to fit, and still couldn't get two of the knuts on. I started it up and have a small exhaust leak right off the head, (lucky me) so looks like i'll be taking it back off to re-work on it all over again... :*(

are you sure you have the right exhaust for your bike and not something else?
