Here's a silly question I'm sure to some. I'm coming off of a F3 which has a dipstick and I'm debating purchasing a 929 and I noticed theres no dipstick on the bike. Did they come without dipsticks? Someone told me theres a see through hole or something to check the oil level. Thanks..

 

yp .. no dipstick, just a window with two lines.
easy as pie, so long as the bike is upright

 

929 is an awesome bike. I hope you're not basing your decision on lack of a dipstick... Anyways, the little glass window is easier to use than a dipstick...

 

if the bike didn't come with one before, it's got one now

I find the glass level so much easier than a dipstick. Cleaner as well. Get a swingarm stand and no need for any help. LOL

 

i would agree with everyone to glass window is so much better not even a need for the papertowl lol
