Default Oil level - Dipstick

Hi all !

I have one doubt about the oil level. Certainly that I know the oil level should be between the upper and lower marks on the dipstick.
I always see the oil level without screwing the dipstick. That i am doing right ? I think this procedure is the same for all bikes.

Thanks,

Albano Martins

Yes - just rest the dipstick in the first thread and take a level.

Run the bike for a few mins, then let it sit for a couple then do the check by the dip method...
