Who did the motor work? Never heard of anyone having a 929/954 engine sleeved. I would suspect the steel sleeves will affect heat dissipation compared to stock cylinders with the special plating.
I did assembled the engine, torque wrench was not calibrated good, head was loose and that head gasket quality is sh*t, sleeving was made by one company in Serbia, sleeves are working excellent, engine temperature is about 82 degrees celsius so no higher temperatures with sleeves, there is no sign of any wear after 1000km,bike pulls like a train, i ordered oem head gasket which, hopefully, have 3 layers, one in the middle, just for cylinders, but torque wrench must be spot on for this job
I was bored so i came to the garage to inspect head gasket, looking place where gasket blows up, and thinking maybe sleeve dropped in a little?
I can catch with fingernail just barely difference , sleeve is maybe 0.001 mm dropped, i don't think that was the problem, or is it 🤔
Must make protrusion tool to measure it
Update
Oem head gasket has arrived, head was flatten on machine
Engine now runing, but on idle sometimes wants to cut of on 2-3 ms,sometimes shut down itself, i was driving about 20km test drive and and parked to open garage, when tried to start up, its cranking just barely, maybe have to much compression now?
That is not 0.005 mm removal. The thickness of standard copy paper is about 0.10 mm or 0.004 in. The only specification I see is for Cylinder Head warpage. That is 0.10 mm across the head. I don't know how much can be removed.

Yes, you are right, 0.010mm for head warpage, there is dot for maximum head material removal, like on tyres
It's running ruff on idle, and in a fraction of second its acts like someone push kill switch
Drives normally, kinda
Must check servo valve, it show up code 35 but teeth aren't stripped, motor working, but strange is that when put wire to jump conect for codes, servo respond 😳 wtf is going on with this piece of sh
The specification is not 0.010 mm for warp, it is 0.10 mm. 1/10 of a mm. Not 1/100 of mm. Good to know there is an indicator of max removal though.
Yes, my mistake, i measured, with straight edge, head and it was warped about 0.02mm,so that nothing, head was just cleaned for new head gasket, at least that was the deal at shop
Visually it looks like about 0.70 mm or 0.030 in was removed. This would only increase the compression ration from 11.3 to maybe 11.4, so not much of a change. Knowing exactly how much was removed would answer the question about compression ratio.
