Default california model?

how do I know if I have a california model bike? I've checked my owners manual and can't find where it indicates whether my bike is a cali model or not. I have a stock air filter and a D&D slip on, if it's not a cali model, what map should I run on my PCIII? it's got a map for a cali model with a D&D but not one that's not cali. I've got the cali map on it now and seems to run alright, does it make a difference?

Yah...O2 sensor or an EVAP Canister under the battery. You'll know if it's there, it will look all clutered.
