Ok, did that and there is no fuel coming out of the vacuum line.

Could there be something wrong with the fuel injectors then causing them to inject more fuel than necessary?

Probably not. The only way they could be letting to much in is if the ECM holds it open too long or if the return hose is kinked causing the pressure to be too high.
