Default 2000 929rr backfire through throttle body, won't rev past 3000 rpm?

Just got it running a few days ago and ran fine. Sat for a day or so then wouldn't start because the plugs were fouled (black). Replaced them starts fine but is backfiring at the throttle body and missing terribly and won't rev over 3 or 4000 rpms. Have a video but no clue how to post it. Thanks in advance!

Check your coil wiring. You may have 2 mixed up.

That was exactly it! It's trying to idle at 3000 rpm now?

Keeps fouling the spark plugs (black) is there any way to adjust how rich or lean it's running?

Not without the help of a power commander or something similar.

Stock should not be running that rich, even a bit lean.

Check your FPR for leaking through the vacuum line at pressure.
Did you plug the MAP sensor in?

Yes the MAP sensor is plugged in. Would the MAP being faulty cause it to run rich?

it could, but I don't think it's a high failure item.
Now the FPR is another story....

Ok so more than likely it's the FPR then because there isn't any vacuum leaks anywhere as far as I can tell. Recommendations on where I can get one cheap?

Test it before you buy one. Pull off the vacuum line and prime the pump. If there is any fuel there, its bad.
