o i have a 1994 900rr and i bought it as a project bike. it has been sitting for a while and i recently coated the inside of the fuel tank got a new filter and even got carbs off of ebay since the ones that were on it were REALLY bad. i put these carbs on and it just wont start it started before i did anything to the tank and replaced the carbs but it was just barley. my questiong is that could the new carbs since he rebulit them before i got them be soo far out of sync that the bike wont start?.. and how would i get some base settings so the bike would at least start so i can get them sync'd? thanks

 

are you getting fuel to the fuel rail? do you have the vacuum line from the crankcase to the petcock hooked up? is your fuel pump pumping or bypassed etc...

 

their isn't a vacuum line to the petcock i believe that was later models. fuel pump is pumping plus i also tried bypassing it. im getting fuel .but maybe not enough air.... to fire.
