ok i bought a 94 900rr about a month ago as a project. the tank and carbs were gummed up so i cleaned the tank and got a new set of carbs of ebay. but i have only gotten it to run a few times but it runs rough. i got it started today after about 2 hours but i couldnt let it run log at all since i have my radiator off. but i tried it like an hour later and nothing. it just cranks and cranks. i have spark and fuel is pumping into the carbs. any ideas?..

 

possibly carbs out of sync?
