It depends on what you are talking about. Sitting down, standing up? Moving slow, higher speed.

Oh boy.... sounds like you've never done this before. Ask this question in the stunt forums and please don't wreck another 900

Well, I jsut wanted some feedback from this forum as you all have the same power as mine (give or take) i have a 99 900rr.
Was wanted to start from a slow roll, maybe 1st or 2nd. and work my way up.
I have gotted the front off just from acceleration, but it is not as high as i want and by then i am going too fast.
Any feedback appreciated. (positive/constructive)

i read on a Fireblade site from Uk once that said roll to about 5k in first, throttle off and then back full on again. i tried this way and found sitting at the back of the seat gets it up easier than sitting at the front with your nuts on the tank. but i am always fearing flipping the damn thing lol. dont want to re-build it again.

If you're just starting out wheelies are the last thing you want to work on. Get some gear, hit the track and you'll see.
