What i found, on my bad shift fork.
Alright seems to be a growing problem, First gear is good Second gear drops To neutrel, a problem a few of us have had or have now.
Here are my findings after spending 2 hours pulling her out. This is what a bad Fork and shift drum look like. I guess he was not shiftin right? possibly to many hard *** wheeling poping second gear pops, The Drum its self has a groove worn down as well as the fork being 1.5 mm our of spec
Ebay for the win on this one i got a complete trans for 66.00 bucks and replaced the drum and all shift forks and still have an extra trans just in case.
Pretty easy job thou, drop exaust, oil pan fairing here thier, clutch out and then you thier, hardest part was getting the forks in..
