Problem:
Bike won't start unless I hook it up to a booster to increase the power. Even if the battery is full charged (reads 13.4 volts on my ohmmeter), it'll crank over strong... ONCE. then it'll slow down...then crank HARD once again...then slow. It won't crank continously. It goes in little spurts, which aren't enough to start the bike without some help.

Any ideas? Bad starter relay maybe?

First I must ask if you are mechanically inclined as you said you get 13.4 VOLTS on an OHMMETER? Then when you get it started go thru this and it will help you figure it out.
