BUMP! still working on this and I haven't gotten ANYWHERE!!
I put a new turn signal/headlight switch on and it didn't change anything. I have tried 4-5 different relays and none of them changed anything. I have checked and cleaned up every ground and that has done nothing.
As of right now, I have NOTHING hooked up to the turn signal or running light wires. HOWEVER, I did get an LED flasher and hooked it up. I then used the stock wiring and only hooked up the turn signal wire to the LED and nothing happened. That wire is only getting like 3.5V. If I jump the two wire on the relay plug, all four light up bright and stay on constantly.

Just a thought, I've seen your post on 2 different sites and wondered if you have tried going back to conventional bulbs. Doing this might isolate your problem. Seems I read a couple of different things about the mysteries of the turn signal system and going to LED in the wrong manor will adversely effect the system. By going to one set of LED turn signals (front or rear doesn't matter which) you will have a fast blinker problem. If you go with LED front and rear signals you end up with no signals at all and will have to make adjustments to the resistance or go with some form of solid state relay system to allow the system to work.
So if I were in your shoes, I would go to the local automotive store and buy a few 1157 bulbs, Wire leads to those bulbs and wire them into the system to see what I had then. If you gain signals you'll at least know your system is working and the problem is one of resistance.
