Thanks , those are the first ever made for that bike. In fact I still had to machine the hubs myself to get them to fit right and then fowarded the specs to the company.

And thanks everyone else.
It's just a great bike and probably why I can't see any good reason to sell it.

Actually I'm about to tear it down for a full tune up/service/maintainance later today. First one in probably 5 years.

Honestly if someone had 4k cash it would be gone lol. I have a guy that keeps asking me about it, every week his budget raises a bit. He wants it bad, he's up to 3k right now, granted with purchase and work i have under 2k into it but i'd have to go buy another one....and that other ones gonna be a busa

Guess i fail the loyalty test

Naw nobody fails the test, it's all a matter of price!

No doubt our bikes are special and getting rarer by the day....hope the guy comes through with the money you want!

$4,000 isn't bad but personally I'd want a bit more.

And zaqwert6, those wheels are so spankin'!

I'd love to have those on my Blade....what are they made of? Any specs?

Thanks !

I'd add up the cost of what I paid for it new plus the money I spent on mods and things and then double that figure. In my case I would sell it for around $20,000. That also includes a matching helmet.

They are RC Components , polished aluminum , no finish otherwise. They are the " Race Only " version.

Not sure if I remember the exact specs. The front is like a 17" x 4.5" and the back is 17" x 6 1/2" or somewhere around there I think.

Thanks for sharing zaqwert, the rims are beautiful and every Fireblade of that year should come with those.

Well, like I mentioned I only have around half that invested in it but I'm not willing to sell it. However, if someone offered me double the money I have in it that might cause me to reconsider.
