Me and my bro just tore out the carbs on my 93 900RR, cleaned them, re-sealed them... made them all shiny and whatnot... My question... is it ok for the bike to run with the carbs out of sync... i mean, i know its not good for the bike, but is it going to seriously harm anything to run it, to make sure it starts, or to get it somewhere to sync the carbs? Or should we just trailer it to said location?

as far as i know, if you just want to get the bike to sync location then there's no problem with that... Just easy on the ride, don't accelerate too hard... I assume that the location is not that far
