Ok first off HI.
Now...
Yesterday 9/4/10 I bought a 97 900RR. I got the bike because my wife wanted me to. LOL I just bought her one (Ninja 250) and she is new to riding.
On the 900RR
I need to find a replacement Exaust System (used oem is fine)
The one on the bike now is 1 piece from the header to tip.
I love the sound and look of what I have but it is loud for where we ride.
I would also be willing to trade it for a stocker if thats what your thinking
Although it would be a winter time deal. Or buy that stock one laying around your garage. Let me know.
My bike is a 97 with 22,+++ miles on it but perfect for what we do here in Colorado.
Thanks for your time

Header mid pipe and can? As you can see above (now) Mine is a header and a tip welded together. Sounds great ,Looks cool as heck. Just not what I need.
What do you have and what do you want for it? O and where are you located? PM me I'll send my e-mail.
I can cut the can off my header and reweld the mid pipe on with no problems
But I need that mid pipe.

i've got a stock 99 with stock exhaust, but the can is a little dented from a crash in gravel. might be willing to do a trade this winter, and i'm in CO too, SE aurora. send me a PM or email some time. i can't see your pics here at work, so i'll have to look at what you have when i get home.
Just an FYI , if the bike is running well now , when you go back to the stock exhaust your going to need to seriously retune the carbs. Might want to pick up a complete jet kit in advance so you'll be prepared.

The only problem with taking mine is the noise laws up there. if that area still has it.
