I have a 1995 cbr 900 rr with 76.342 miles on it which i personally put on!other than routine maintence the bike has never failed extremely durable, as im 40 years old i know how to ride my bike not burn it up just as anything if abused for too long it wont last..I'd say go for it and be safe
