OK love the blade, but I'm really having to turn my left foot inward to get positive feel from the shift lever. Perhaps it's my thick boots, or my big feet, but I find myself wishing the shift lever stuck out a little further.

Has anyone put on a different shift lever with a longer tip, or one with an offset to get the same length tip out further?

 

You can adjust the position (up/down) of it, so that might help. But I haven't heard of anyone going with a wider peg. You could always drill & tap a hole in it, and then put a bolt into the end of it.
