Default Shift lever (pedal) broke. Can i replace lever or do i need full rearsets?

Hey guys, my bro laid down my bike and snapped the little nub on my CBR F4 shift pedal. Do i need to purchase a complete left REARSET or is that pedal removable and replaceble. How about just welding the little nub back on to the pedal. Nothing looks bent, i can rid the bike fine, you just shift with your foot at a angle, but my shoes are getting scratched (plus its kinda sharp, it hurts)

Can you weld that.. it looks like its aluminum.

It should be held in place with a snap ring on the inside. I'm speaking from experience with past bikes... I don't know about the F4 or even my RR. I'll have to look.

Here's an exploded view of the 01-04

Yeah Just buy the lever on its own, you can weld Ali but it tends to be a specialist `cos its softer than other metal wleds.
