ORIGINAL: NOSTUPIDZONE

i do alot of highway miles but want a good tire for twistys
any ideas i am looking at a shinko mabe hard tire but how about twistys
i currwntly have dunlops and they really stick
but the front is cupping badly and needs replaced too
my rear is flat int he middle before the edges get worn out
any ideas
im not getting crazy in the curves but i do go pretty hard sometimes and want something to hold
me when i deside to get down low i have hit the pegs a t times and need a tire to stick good
when i want to play hard
but i do alot of open highway miles too
Shinko's are good cheap tires but tire are becoming cheaper by the day especailly if you get a package deal. Hit up sportbiketrackgear.com you can get a set of pilot power for like $260 shipped. They are great tire. I liked them much better than the dunlops. But if you do alot of highway rider try looking for their pilot sports.

[sm=violent053.gif]I have a Maxxis Supermaxx in the rear and an Avon in the front. They both seem great, but the Maxxis is probably the best tire I've ever ridden on- and it sticks to the road like freakin glue even on the throttle hard outta turns.
