My friend has a 98 cbr900 and he messed with it... it was idling a little roughly and burping a bit when he rolled on throttle at speed. He tore the engine down more than he should have... and I had to come over and put it back together for him... now its idling high and blowing fuses before it shuts down. Im pretty sure that it needs a new R/R since I found out he's gone through 3 batteries.... but Im not entirely sure what my next step should be... please help him...
