You might want to check the stator or the rectifier/regulator.

Almost for sure it's your fuel pump.
Check it's contacts, get ir repaired or bypass it to see if that helps.
There is a video on how to repair it in a F3 (almost the same), and you can bypass the fuel pump and connect the fuel filter directly to tank...

Its none of the above i have good battery and the fuel pump is working fine. It has a hint of white smoke when it is idling and when i shut it off it floods the carbs wich is why it is making it hard to start again. I have checked all of my coils and plugs i have good spark and it is still idling fine and reeving good but as soon as i put it under a load it dies at 15mph and not a sputter die it dies like i am hitting the kill switch and as soon as it does i can actually hear the fuel getting pushed in the carbs

Hmmm...thats interesting! :-)

If it run badly until it died I would say cam chain one tooth off, out of adjustment valves, etc....

But in that case, I would aim at the +20Km/h feature, which would be the 15mph in miles, I think.
I have very little knowledge about that circuit so I can't give you precise tips, but the service manual has plenty has good information in it. How to check the solenoids, reading voltages, etc...

Other than that, by your the descripion would be some f*cked up sensor...and you got plenty of those!! :-(

Check the service manual, or wait until a more knowledged person stops by...

BTW, what happened to the bike to start doing this?

Why dont you start by undoing what you did and putting it back to the way it was before you did anything and see if that fixes it, then it might help you track down your problem. You said all you did was a spark plug change so go back and put the old ones back in and check all your wiring and coil connections as your putting it back together.

Did you use the same model of spark plugs and check their gaps?
When putting the air box back on replace all four carb sync tubes onto the airbox to block them?
You can test the sub-air valve is working by turning the ignition on and off, it should open and close.
