Do the holes go all the way through?

 

I took a look at my bike and I have them too (but they are clogged!) I THINK these are drain holes for the spark plug sockets.

 

okay so wherr to now?? I got compression but no spark Im gonna buy a batteryy this weekend.

 

Well, no spark is definitely electrical. Start with the easy stuff. See if you blew out fuses when you jumped from the car battery.

I had a power spike on my bike once and it fried all my bulbs, CDI, fuses, and instrument cluster.
