Hello all long time lurker here decided to drop in with a question of my own any way here it goes so today I found a leak from my fuel petcock. I took off the gas tank and removed the fuel petcock and ordered a new one, while I was there I found 2 hoses cut off. Both of the hoses lead from the gas tank 1 connects to what appears to be the air filter and the 2nd line leads to what appears to be a carb? not to sure but it leads to an area where the carbs are. The ends of the hoses leading from the carb? and the air filter were plugged with screws so what are these hoses for and should I buy new ones and reconnect them? or am I ok with leaving them the way they are any and all help is greatly appreciated thanks in advance. I have pictures if needed however I dont know how to post them.
