Well I think you have to start by telling us... whether you mean a cold start or warm start = Whether the engine is warm or does it occur EVER time you start your engine?

How does it run normally? Do you have to hold the throttle even with choke on? How badly does it idle once it runs? Basically, with anything that runs on gas start with the basics... Fuel, Air, then Electrical.... in the end when all else fails you go deep mechanicals like checking engine compression etc. Start with as simple as the fuel filter inside the tank and then the fuel filter on the line then the fuel pump...
Carburator calibration... cleaning... rejetting... and so forth.

When you get your hands on a Factory Service manual, all the simple things are on it and how to diagnose the troubles. Anybody that can tell you what's possible wrong with the bike without looking at it must be a psychic or genious!
