Unhappy Having a bit of trouble with my 900rr

Hey Guys, maybe you can help me out on a 900RR.
i had this thing running great last summer but it has sat all winter long. Now it is doing the same thing that it was doing when I first got it. The motor spins over but it will pop thru the exhaust pipe and make a hollow sound from the pipe.
I had the carbs off today and totally cleaned everything and reinstalled. I did the exact same cleaning that worked last year.

Any ideas? I cleaned all the plugs but wonder if I just need to replace them. Also wondering wether I may have crossed a plug wire. Do you guys know which wires go to which cylinder. I thought that I did them one at time but who knows.

I have the air box off now, and when it pops, you can see a spark in the #1 carb..

Thanks in advance

I had the same problem with mine. Changed the plugs and it was fine.
