Just dropped a 919 from a 98 into my 93 and having some problems. it feels exactly like im low on gas when I turn it wide open and rev to 6k. fuel filter is new, not sure if these use fuel pumps, does it have carb issues from sitting around for almost 2 years? also, does anyone know how to revert moto gp shifting style on these?

 

But I just bought a '95 900 and it was doing the same thing. It had a K&N filter but stock jets in the carbs. Went back to a factory filter and it immediately solved the issue- revs to redline now. Not saying anything bad about K&N, just that the carb jets and the filter were out of synch.
