Try doing a google search or a craigslist search or a search on ebay.

I am sure ebay may have some.

If you are wanting to lower the front end you don't need spacers, Support the bike off the ground and loosen the handle bar clamps and the triple clamps and slide the forks up in the clamps. If you are trying to raise the rode height significantly good luck bro

The original owner of my 94 installed them. Personally I think it looks much cleaner without fork tubes sticking up through the triples, but that's just personal opinion. Have no idea who made them. As mentioned, google should be able to help you out.

You can make them yourself. You just need the right diameter pipe , cut to length.

Only thing to keep in mind is that you'll be stiffening your front suspension , sacrificing some range of travel and altering the spring rate.

Sliding the tubes in the trees is really the preferred method.

I don't. It varies some what but generally their just little cylinders/sleeves in the ID of the fork tubes and the length of the drop. All they do is reduce the extension travel of the fork by the amount of the space which sets your ride height.
