I need some help finding a new front upper fairing for my 94 900RR. The issue I'm having is that the previous owner swapped everything over to 95-97 and when looking online for that year all of them have a hole for a light or reflector or something to mount above the headlight but my current one doesn't have that (I can post a pic if it helps). Does anyone know where I can find another one without spending a fortune or am I going to have to also get whatever it is that mounts in that hole?

Do you have the 94 or 95 upper? Dual round headlights or one solid one? look on eBay bud, find a used one, I've seen them there for about $100 plenty of times, just need to paint it

 

It's a 95 upper but I couldn't find one without the hole for the reflector or whatever it is so I ordered a fiberglass one and will just shave it myself before I paint the bike.

 

yea, I have seen a few without the hole, pretty sure they are knock-offs, but look & function just fine. You could always add that little light, unless you don't like it

 

It's referred to as a position light. why? I have no idea……. lol
