Default 06 Fairing Question

Hi guys,
So I'm about to get an 06 F4i that's blue/black base color, but I'd really like to change it to all flat white. The only all white fairing kits I've seen are for the 01-03's. My question is that are the kits pretty much the same expect for the split/banana seats? Is there anyway to modify an 01-02 fairing set to make it fit into an 08? And have any of you guys come across any white/flat white full fairing kits for 06 F4i's?
Thanks

The tail is different otherwise everything is the same. Its a shame your going to get rid of such a nice paint scheme for plain vanilla.

so I can get an 01-03 kit and just get a white tail fairing to replace it?

YUP! cause 01-03 and 04-06 F4i's have the same frame and engine and fairing stay, hence, nothing is changed other than the seat

The frame on the 01-03 is black and the 04-06 is polished, But they are th exact same shape.

Ok one more question, would i be able to put on an 01-03 tail fairing on my 06 just for the looks? I dont plan on riding 2 up so the passenger seat idoesn't need to be functional, I just want the looks of the 2 seater rather than banana seats, and would the tail lights of my 06 fit into the 01-03s?

Basically, no. If you want the two seat, you need to swap the subframe, battery tray, fender, tail light, seats, various small hardware, and monkey with the wiring to get it routed properly.
