do you own a DVOM or volt meter? A test lead? If you don't have these two items then your not gonna get real far diagnosing this issue. If you have them then check your grounds and look for resistance on the circuit. Also, the your headlight connectors (plugs) could be corroded and causing resistance. Check your charging voltage at and above idle, and see how much voltage your getting at your bulbs. Electrical diagnosis is done systematically from the point of the problem back. There are at least 50 things that could cause your problem, so like I said, either get the tools or pass this on to a pro.
