Default clutch question

so i have just gotten done rebuilding the engine on my bike full top to bottom. and my question is i have absolutely no pressure on my clutch... the lever will go all the way to the grip and it is super flimsy and the cable doesnt "pop" back at all.. i can move the lever on the clutch cover and it snaps back barely but there is barely any pressure to it and it used to be a good hard snap back..

so do you think that once i get the engine started and fluid flowingthat it will tighten up properly or should i start taking it apart to double check everything??

i have looked at the manual and online microfiche and everything looks perfect..

one more thing. i just went and checked my parts bike and i couldnt move the lever on the clutch cover without a wrench on it and that is how mine used to feel..

on mine i can move the lever with one finger... the CLUTCH LIFTER PIN is engaged on the cover but you can tell that there is no pressure on the pin from the clutch plates...????

i figured it out, the center locknut was torqued but wasnt on all the way i impacted it on and torqued it to 98 ft/lbs and everything is wonderful in the world of the clutch again...thanks for the help though!
