Default Clunky clutch

Hi guys,

My clutch is doing a clunky noise when starting the cold engine in the morning or when getting from work. It disappears 2 minutes later when the engine gets warmer.
I've been told it's a very common problem with these engines and that there was nothing I should really worry about, so I cope with it for a couple of months now. But now it really pissing me, so I've got a find a solution to this.
I read in some other thread I cannot find back, that someone had found a solution and that it had something to do with a new pair of clutch springs. Am I getting this wrong ?

Thx,

J

i had a similar problem with mine but it was all the time on idle. found it went away when lever was pulled in. the main springs in the basket had worn on mine so i replaced it and have had no problems since. dont know if yours is the same or not, maybe worth a look.
