Default CF replacement parts

Hi guys,

Sorry for the little cross post here, but I just wanted to maximize chances my post to be read as the "wanted parts" section doesn't seem to have a lot of fans around.

J

_____________

hi guys,

I'm looking for some replacement parts for my 96 CBR 900. The parts I want to change are the yellow ones on the pictures shown below (designated by red arrows).
I know these parts are available in carbon fiber, so if anyone know where I could find these, just let me know.

Hi JPR. send a message to GHAUSER. he has a lot of CF and may be able to make or know of somewhere. check him out. you can find him in most posts. the "how many cbr's do we have" poll is a favorite for him.

Guys,

Here's what I had in mind.

These are some parts I can order from an italian retailer, but since I cannot have a better picture to figure out what the CF looks like I'm a bit hesitating at the moment.
I've been told there could be sooooo much difference between carbon fibers parts manufacturers and the quality their parts are (depending on type of resin that can lead to more or less glossy finish ... well that's what I understood so far ... not an expert myself).

Ghusar's website is http://aecarbon.com/ it looks like he does pretty good work. His site is still a bit under construction. If you send him the part he should be able to send you its carbon fiber lookalike.

Sorry guys I have ben so busy latlythanks

Ok I can make almost anything that is made in plastic and fiberglass

the one off stuff will cost you my rates are 100 and hour including materials but thats for one off now here is the twist for you.

My website whn its up will have a forum section for wanted parts

Post what you want made there and then spread the word on the forums so people will come and say yes when we hit 6 people that want the part.

1. You send me the part, parts, I design the part (that needs 10)
2. 5 people sendme 75% of the parts price locking them into it
3. I make the parts
4. I send the pics get the rest of the money and ship

Now your wondering about only 5 right well the person tha send me the parts and sets it all up on the forums yada yada yad gets there stuff FREE..

simple so se who you can get to but parts and then we will do it

I make a complete cover kit for that bike that covers that area and the wiring its not complete but it gettin there

thos parts would run about 120 to 170 for the top pieces all those angels suck to vac

and the fender mount abdout 50 to 70

ok thanks guys for all the support and let me know if you interested
