Ok here is the deal i have a 94 cbr 900rr its got 2 milmeter oversized pistons (945rr), ported and polished to the max custom carbon fiber ram airbox, cryo r and d trans, shift kit , dale walker electrice shift, dyna coils, full d and d exaust , and a few others but anyways not sure what kind of jet kit is in the carbs but i bumped the mid needle up one step , and i have a 170 main jet runs fine but i need more fuel or bigger carbs it back fires ever so often, it is posible to put vertical carbs on it like 38 mil slide carb or no i have a set . just don't want to rip it apart and them not work ........please let me know if anyone has tryed this ........thanx

i cannot help you with your question, BUT was wondewring about your custom carbon air box !

where did you get it from ..??? and did it make much difference ...? i wanted to know cause i have a 98 blade and wanted to do some mods to the air intake. ... but i can't find ANYWHERE that stocks/sells carbon airboxs for the 98 blade. ...!! can you help please.??
