I have a 1994 CBR900RR that I would like to convert over to the 1998 upper fairing style. Will the upper fairing bolt correctly to the stock 1992-94 mids or will I need to replace the mids and lowers as well?

Just from the pictures and diagrams I have seen everything seems to be very close as far as the shape of all the corresponding parts.

I know they will fit 95 and newer. Don't forget, you will need a 98-99 fairing stay and you should get the mirrors, they are so much better.
