Thank for all your inputs, helps a lot! Well, my 94' Ijust bought it few months back from OHIO , where it's cold and high elevation. Previous owner only drives it 2 month out of a year. Now bike is in Los Angeles, I mention about the white smoke? Was that due to previous owner storage too much? Well, when I just got bike,I work 5 days a week, maybe 1-2 hrs riding on it a week. I have notice lately, I have been driving bike more often, every chance I get I ride, I notice no more white smoke, starting engine becomes easy, more crisp throttle. My question is, how much to ride per week to keep bike tuned. every other day for 1/2 hr? Tks for input.

Good to hear your bike is doing well again. How much to ride is a jackpot question.. it's all depends on the individual I guess. I'll always try to ride at least once a week (I'm working 6 days a week) but there will be times it will be stretched for 3 - 4 weeks. Obviously more riding means the bike will be in fine running condition. Take note that the battery need to be charged as well.

Yes there are some types of frame sliders that require no cutting as well. Can't remember the brand anyway.
