i bought a sonic cleaner fro harbor frieght a couple weeks ago and cleaned my 95 carbs with it..
i fell off my bench table, i couldn't believe how clean it came out.. then put them back in and what a difference it made.. i used to use one can after the next of carburator cleaner.. those days are gone...

yep, thats the one...
if you actually pick that one up, i would also suggest grabbing O-Ring Assortment Pack - 397 Piece Metric O-Ring Assortment
since your there.. and what i've noticed.. to get the carburators fully cleaned and sumerged you have to take off at least one off the end.. all four wont fit in at the same time...and if your going to pull them apart you might as well replace what you can.. as i learned when i put everything back and had a fuel leak... and was kicking myself in the butt..
anyway after the sonic bath my carbs got... i felt the power band come back and the bikes snappyness.. which obviuosly saves me from having to change out my "mains"..
oh and one last thing.. use simple green instead of water... the dirt/grease just falls off..
i think thats it..
have a good day scutfargas
