Some info on F2 wheel brake-rotors. For this swap, you can use 296mm brake rotors 45351-MS8-020 from '90-93 VFR, '90-99 CBR1000F, '96-02 ST1100A. That's what I have on my VFR.
I most likely will go with the F2 front on this bike, and an F3 front on the '94 that I've decided to not sell and continue rebuilding. I'll keep the original 16" wheels in any case. Had some time to get some things organized and continue tearing the bike down.

I think that ceramic coating the headers would be a nice touch from an aesthetic and functional standpoint.
I recall seeing your post on the coating in the past, and those look great, most likely will go with a stock look on this bike. I'm guessing that it will be at least $300 for ceramic coating by now?
Haven't done much to this bike for a bit other than order parts and slowly take some other parts off of it, have been primarily working on my '94. Decided to wash the OEM fairings so I can trace out the stickers, working on getting a couple of sets made up. Part of me wants to just spray the replacement side cowl to match, patch up the front fairing, and ride it with the bodywork as is. Then there's another part of me that says to do it right, and go with a full repaint. Not sure who's going to win that argument.
That's a tough call. I'd lean towards restoring the original look but I've also seen some really nice DIY paint jobs that arguably looked better than OEM...
I'll go with the original paint on this bike, might and up with some rough bodywork until I sort out a decal/sticker source. Found some time to dive into the carbs, was a nice surprise to see them mostly clean.
