Sorry for another daft question guys but there is something playing on my mind. When i had my little SV650 there was one cheap mod that everyone on the SV forum recammended i did. That was to change the throttle tube to an R6 throttle tube. It is cheap and uses quater turn as opposed to winding it on so much my elbow drags along the floor....well not quite but you get the idea.!
Can this be done with the Blade? Is it a known problem?
Mine feels it need something like this........I'm sure i have come to the right place to ask ........Martyn

What i am basicly asking is, is there a way of making the throttle less "revvy"? Can it be modified to require less turn?

Yes! it seems i have to wind it on forever to get anything from it. R6 tube makes it easier in the respect that it requires less turn!

 

Ok guys...im a fool! I have sorted it....... It was a slipping throttle grip that i have now fixed!![&:][&:][&:]

It runs with 3/4 turn right? I think it takes a lot of turning too to get it to max.
