Thanks once again, I'll give that a shot.

In the meantime, I found my fuel leak. Where the fuel line comes off the tank, it splits into 2 through one T joint. This joint seems fine, but the two next fuel lines (27 in the schematic) have a T at the end of both of those, with o rings on either side of the T. "Gasket Set B" I believe, in this Carb assembly schematic: 1998 Honda CBR900RR A CARBURETOR ASSY. | CyclePartsNation

This area always appeared to be wet and smelled like fuel, but I think it had gummed itself over enough to just be a subtle leak. Now that I've played with those hoses, it is a significant leak, so I'll start there.

Does anybody know the size of them? They are $50 a pair here in Canada. Alternatively, they are $7.50 a pair on Cycle Parts Nation, but $50 to ship them to me... If I knew the dimensions, I would just go get some fuel rated o-rings of the same size.

Why do so many dealerships deserve the name "Stealership"

Maybe worth giving this seller a shot on E-bay, a lot of carb parts remain the same size, so this fella might know the size your after
