Hello, I have a 1993 CBR900. I have JE pistons that are a +2mm bore size. I took the heads into a Pro and had them honed out to spec. I have rebulit the motor and keep throwing out the #3 piston rod bearings. I was wondering why this keeps happening and what i need to do for futre assembly. I used all OEM honda parts for the build and every thing was in spec, oil gaps and all that stuff. I am going to leave this open ended so that i get a better feedback of answers. Please ask me any questions.

 

My guess would be that your crank journal andy
/or the rod are out of round.
