Lightbulb Weird issue with CBR

I picked up a 2007 cbr600rr and the guy that had it was an idiot.. Anyways, long story short. The FI light was on with only 4200 miles and doesn't know why or what to do so I picked it up cheap. Took it home and plugged in the map sensor and the servo wires were cut so I soldered them. No more lights! But now when I am riding it and get up around 5,000 plus and pull in the clutch the bike will just sit there and Idle that high until I re-engage the clutch... Yeah not so fun.. Also the bike is ideling at 1900 RPMS which is crazy high for a 600 and noticed there was know idle adjustement.. Awesome. There is also too much free play in the throttle and I feel like the timing is off like it is trying to "Catch up" all the time. The only other thing is there is absolutely no low end at all either till about 9 grand I feel like. I honestly felt like there was more power when the map sensor and servo were not working. Anyways I am not really familiar with the CBR that well mechanically but was seeing if anyone had any suggestions? Thanks

Maybe the "idiot" sold the bike to the next unsuspecting idiot?

lol, I will take accept that.. Seriously though, I am only getting about 100-110 miles per tank of gas, so its running extremely rich. It idles at 2,000 and it just doesn't feel right. I need some suggestions, I have torn it apart and looked for vacuum hoses and everything and come up with nothing..

Is there really no idle adjustment on the newer 600rr's? There's one on my F4i and there's one on my buddies 05 600rr, but I haven't looked on anything newer. Seems strange that that would remove it.

There isn't on the 07'.. But I think I have resolved my issue/Given myself a more pain in the A$$ to deal with.. The Bike is from Cali.. Which means it has to deal with all of the smog stuff and since it has been tampered with already I am wondering if the reason why it is running rich and the idle is off is because it is missing smog equipment of some kind or wasn't put back... I need help if anyone is familiar with it.

Are you saying I am not good enough???! lol, Nah this weekend I am going to run some tests over the sensors, electrical is my specialty anyway. It is just weird because the bike was purchased in Cali but has none of the Cali stuff on it except where the throttle body connectors are. I haven't torn it down to those yet so I am wondering if there is any block off plates or vacuum leaks anywhere that could be causing the problems.
