Default Today can be my B-day or X'mas

I got my DDM HID kit and carbon fiber pieces today. It's too windy to swap the pieces in the parking lot today. So I would have to wait until Wed to do it. My helpful neighbor is busy this week. So I have to wait on HID installation for another week. I will have to be patient

I cannot wait to install, so I've been looking at it and reading the note it came with it. It said to use grease on every screw when installing on the bike. I have white lithium grease. Will that work?

Also looking at the back side of the seat cowl and OEM one, I am assuming I just have to take off the stapler that attaching the vinyl to the frame and put CF one on. But do I make 2 extra holes on plastic OEM piece to attach this?

What temperature and wattage did you get? I have the DDM 8000k 35w HID's in mine and I love them.

35W and I went modest 4500K. It's still in the box. I hope it can get installed this weekend.

I got my OEM seat cowl today. The paint is not the same plain black as the tail fairings. It has little pearl in it. But I like it. Much better than the china made CF piece.
