Ticket for not putting visor down

My visor is usually up below 40. I think a warning would have been enough.

I wont be doing it again, I just cant see the problem going 15 mph then closing it being that huge of an issue. Either way.. if I'm moving the visor will be closed, but a ticket or warning would have had the same result with me.

that sucks. whenever i come to a stop i'll have my visor up. but once i start moving it comes down. only exception is if i have shades on underneath.

I don't think that your shades will cut it. I always have prescription eyewear on, but since they aren't considered goggles or safety glasses, it most likely won't fly with the officer who has the time to pull me over for the visor.
Personally, I had laser I surery, As I was almost blind. I now have perfect vision. I take every precaution to protect my eyes, You dont know the value of something you take forgranted till its gone. So regardless of what the law says, Dont be a moron.
