Throttle lock?

Throttle lock?
Hi, I am new to this sight. Wanted to ask if anyone has a Throttle lock for their bike. I have a 2008 CBR 600 and sometimes on the freeway my wrist gets tired and needs a break. If anyone has any suggestions or experience with this would you let me know.
Thanks,
Fly Girl :-)

I have a Throttlemeister on mine. I like it because it looks just like a regular bar end and no one knows it is there. It costs a bit more than most throttle locks, so if you're looking for basic inexpensive lock this wouldn't be the one to get.

I just wanted to second the Throttlemeister... I also use it and agree that they look nice and clean. Specially the Black Powder Coated ones.
I just used it this morning on the way to work actually and it holds pretty well while still allowing you to "overcome" the lock if you need to adjust your speed slightly. That way you aren't always having to loosen it and tighten it back up.
For me, it's not that my hand get's tired, it's just that the regular road vibration makes my fingers "tingly" after awhile... On that note, the Throttlemeister set actually replaces the bar end weights and dampens the vibration as good as or better than stock... For me it's just distance + regular road vibration = the need for a little right hand rest and flex every once in awhile
My only suggestion if you get this set... take your time and follow the instructions closely. You don't want to end up in a situation with a bad install and have your throttle bind up on you. (This probably goes for any throttle lock actually)
Be safe and let us know what you decide!

Check out this site to make your own "Cheap *** Throttle Lock". I've used these on bikes for years and they work great. Find the right color and cover it with the right color and you'll never see it when the bike is sitting still.

Good luck and enjoy the extra $$$$ in your pocket!
