Factory restriction is there for breakin, its for a reason

My aim is not to break the engine.But when I say action,I want to see ACTION!Factory restrict full throttle at about 10%.That is like you are driving 50cc.[sm=badbadbad.gif]

Oh I see its to have a f***ed up motor, I get it .............

And it would be 59cc
