Default throttle derestriction

Hi,I bought second hand cbr600rr "07,and I don"t know how to remove throttle restriction.Anybody can help me?

throttle restiction? i dont think they have that on 600rr or any bike for that matter. busas and zx14s are electronically limited at 186 mph (300km/h) but nothing else needs it, it just wont go that fast period.

are you in the UK or something?

LOL..........there is no limit for US models. UK may have something like that but I doubt it. It would likely be electronic if it exists.

I can move throttle grip very little.I think it's some kind of mechanical blockade.By the way motorcycle have 300km on dash total.I live in east Europe

Gosh, I guess anything is possible but I've not heard of such a thing. I would tend to think there is something getting snagged. Frayed throttle cable? I would follow the cable to the throttle bodies and see whatis up. Take the throttle housing apart and check it as well. Something seems wrong.

I think that is a factory rpm restriction until engine reach 1000km,after that restriction is removing.But i am not sure and i need advice.

Take it to the dealer. I don't have any idea what the heck would cause that.

When find out I will report.I believe that will be something new about cbr600 for you.

This part was cause of my problem (check picture).It was placed on the end of throttle cable,after removal everything is normal.That was factory restriction for first 1000km.
