I have a 03 cbr600rr and my buddy has a 03 f41. He has a extended swingarm I want to buy from him but I don't know if it will bolt on to my bike, Could anyone help me and let me know if it will fit or if I modify it to fit.

 

no, two completely different swingarms, just buy the extensions on ebay that use your stock swingarm, good price and less hassle.
