Apologies if this has been asked before but I was unable to find it. I am wondering if anyone has the Stock suspension settings for an 06 CBR RR front and rear. The bike feels hard as I think the previous owner done a few track days and I would like to have a base setting before I set it up for me.

It's not listed in the owner's manual? If not, I'd put all settings in the middle and go from there based on my weight and riding style... after watching a lot of Dave Moss videos!

 

Or set all adjustments to full-soft. Turn them all counter-clockwise
